COVID-19 CONTINUITY OF OPERATIONS UPDATE

To Our Greater New York Postal Customer Council Members,

We hope that you are well, staying healthy and safe during these very difficult times. Just wanted to provide a brief update. We have been exploring how to proceed with our meetings in the months ahead. To ensure everyone’s safety we will be holding 2 webinars during the summer months. We will provide more details in the coming weeks, please keep an eye out for an invite (and if you do not receive one by May 22 please let us know). We will do our best to make our webinars topical, inclusive and fun. As always, we welcome your input. Stay tuned.

Mail Forwarding

Below are the recommended options for forwarding mail from a business address at this time.

1)            Open a PO Box (online or at the post office) then sign up for a temporary forward from their business address to the new PO Box address
2)            Sign up for a temporary forward from their business address to another address
3)            Sign up for Premium Forwarding Service Commercial
