PROGRAM PURPOSE:
Listings of Mail Service Providers (MSPs) on USPS.com, National PCC Web page
To connect new and existing customers to mail related services that can be provided by participating PCC members in order to enhance the use of the mail and services offered by the Postal Service.

There are six mail categories in which a PCC Mail Service Provider can be listed:
Mail Preparation

Mail List Provider

Mail Printing

Mailing Support
Mailing Supplies

Mailing Equipment

GENERAL ENROLLMENT CRITERIA:

You must be a participating member of the PCC and a Mail Service Provider

Pay an annual flat-rate fee – Local MSP ($100 – less than $0.28 per day)

MSP Acceptance of Listing Terms
Local MSPs must meet the specific criteria for selection (as determined by the Postal Service in its discretion).
The Postal Service only will list on its web site page, containing mail service provider links and listings, contact information for local mail service provider entities that meet the following selection criteria. The Postal Service may amend the criteria to accommodate changing marketplace and program needs. The Postal Service uses additional specific criteria for affiliations, as needed, to relate to a particular category of postal customer or a particular Web page.

Merchant Criteria:
The Postal Service uses the following general criteria to select which merchants are placed on the Postal Service's

Web site:
Business Relationship - The merchant must have a logical business relationship with the Postal Service. A merchant has a logical business relationship with the Postal Service when it: Provides postal-related products and services, information specifically related to postal-related products and services, or information related to a particular Postal Service Web page; and facilitates customer use of the Postal Service.

Economic Benefit:
The listing must provide a potential economic benefit to the Postal Service by, creating revenue.
Brand Image - The Postal Service's brand makes its products and services unique to consumers, employees, and other stakeholders. Accordingly, the Postal Service will provide contact information only for merchants that do not weaken, dilute, damage or harm the Postal Service's brand or public image, by association, as determined in the sole discretion of the Postal Service.

Debarment:
Companies and individuals that are otherwise not qualified to contract with the Postal Service (i.e., have been suspended or debarred) are not eligible to be listed on the Postal Service web site.
Competitors - The Postal Service will not place a merchant’s contact information on its Web pages if the merchant or its products or services, is/are directly competitive with the Postal Service’s products, or with postal services. However, the Postal Service, in sole its discretion, may consider a competitor's listing if it provides some additional benefit to the Postal Service.
