FAST Help Desk Support – New Hours for 2016 Holiday Season
During the 2016 Holiday season, the FAST Help Desk is extending their onsite hours of support.
Effective immediately, the FAST Help Desk onsite phone support will be 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, Central time, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
After 10 pm, Monday – Friday , please utilize the after-hours option.
Continue to use the after-hours option for Holiday and weekend support.
